Sheep meat production is 91 million tons.\u00a0To supply its domestic market, Brazil imports at least 10% of its needs, the majority of which comes from Uruguay.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"page-main-title\"><span>Information About Sheep and Goat Meat<\/span><\/h2>\n<div class=\"text__inner\">\n<p class=\"text__paragraph\"><strong>Goat Meat:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"text__paragraph\">Goat meat is generally the meat of a kid, an animal that is two to three months old.
