BEEF INDUSTRY FEARS UP TO 40% LOSS IN EXPORTS DUE TO WAR IN IRAN

🚨The conflict involving the United States and Israel against Iran could impact 30% to 40% of Brazilian beef exports, according to the Brazilian Association of Meat Exporting Industries (Abiec).

🇮🇶Although the Middle East accounts for about 10% of the final destination of Brazilian beef exports, or roughly 250,000 tons, ports in the region serve as strategic stopover points for ships heading to Asia.

They are also used as unloading hubs where cargo is transferred to other transportation routes before reaching additional markets.
